Marie and Philippe come from different backgrounds.
Philippe, a rugby and bullfighting fan and former owner of bars and restaurants, is also a great lover of gastronomy.
He runs the Café and the Bar of the hotel.
Marie, the hotel manager, comes from a military and medical career.
